Well, if anyone cares,
I'm back after a nearly 1 year absence.....
I just wanted to say hello again to everyone and now, if you don't mind, I'm going to dig in to this forum page...... it's good to be back!

Well, I don't have a home computer..... let alone one w/ internet... so I did all of my posting @ one of two locations..... here at the library.... or during the sumer, @ work on my moms coputer during break..... it's tough, but I try to stay in touch!
Not to mention, I was busy, I'm a senior @ GlenOak H.S. in ohio, and I'm obviously a drummer...... (get it yet) And I've been working hard to get into a local college (University of Akron) and it's school of music! The percussion program there is super competitive( 20 set to try out this year... 5 to make it in) and I got accepted to the college back in Jan. then went for school of music tryouts on the 20th of last month, and the instructer looks @ me at the end of my tryout, and says, "Steve, you're in...." So, now that's over, I'll be back online alot more!!!!

Welcome back!
Congrats on getting into the percussion program.
Did I tell you I majored in music (percussion performance) at the University of Georgia? Went to Berklee a bit, too.
