Just joined up - what a great looking site. Signing in from Perth WA not the first I see -Madmike Smile [:)]

. Rediscovering the joys of plastic with a 1.48 F15 - Hasegawa and 1.72 Lancaster B1 - Airfix. Also passionate about RC and hope to progress to scale in this also. Any other multidiscipline modellers out there? Discovering new (to me anyway) techniques already - just preshaded the F15 and have enjoyed dusting off the Badger200 (fifteen years old and looking like new - told you I was REDISCOVERING!).

Welcome, and your not the first to rediscover this sport (if you have to use your brain, it's a sport) I too recently came home and have been having a ball. Aircraft are my favorites, but as you see I will change it up every now and again. Have fun and I hope your closet looks like mine, FULL OF MODEL KITS!

Thankyou all for the warm welcome, I am new to the net too so it was a bit of a a surprise to receive so many! They dont call it World Wide web for nothing I guess. I am afraid the closet isnt full of kits but that must mean I have lots of fun in store -I cant wait! Big Smile [:D]
