Hi folks !
My name is Ted, I've been modeling since I was about 10 yrs old, but career, marriage, and life in general forced me to take about a 15 yr hiatus. Now at 46 yrs old, those things have more or less taken care of themselves, I'm back and loving it.

My interests are WW II ships and planes. My first project after my hiatus is a Tamiya 1/700 Scharnhorst in a "water" diorama. She'll also be fitted out with her corresponding photo etch kit. It is my first attempt at water dioramas and after market kits. So, far, both are coming along pretty well.
It was great to find this forum, as there are not a lot of modeling people that I know of in RI. I look forward to sharing tips and techniques with everyone.
