Caveat Emptor - "let the buyer beware" Smile [:)]

That's my favorite motto when purchasing anything! Make sure you do some research (if you can) about a person/business before you buy. Check them out.

Anyways...following my own advice, I did. For what it's worth, here's what I found.

Searching on the email address jlejones@gtii.com, here's what I found. Email address searches are great because email addresses are pretty unique. Wink [;)]

Google Groups yields 618 results.

Interesting thread found on Google Groups

I noticed that there were references to eBay in a couple of messages. So I did a search on eBay (looking up sellers by their email address) and up came jcjones. You can view jcjones's feedback here.

JJ, I'm not here to get on your case and I'm not doubting that you have health problems which prevent you from modeling, although in other boards you said it was to pay off medical bills. Whatever the case, I wish you the best for your health. You're more than welcome to participate in any of the discussions, however I would suggest you refrain from trying to sell anything here.

I got his list of models and prices. And for the most part you can buy most of them at the store or online for the same (or cheaper) price. Example; he wants $25 for revell/monogram F3F-3. I paid $15 at store that advertises in FSM. Some were good deals but that was exception not the rule.

FYI,

Slander applies to defamation which is spoken. So we are left with libel, which is defamation that is published, written or pictured etc...Now this publication must be malicious, either expressed or implied. Malice is defined as " a wicked intention to do an injury ". I don't think anyone has the intention to do injury in this case.

Not to mention that this is on the W.W.W. and courts are reluctant to get involved with the internet. If someone from another country libels you, are you going to travel the world to try and prosecute them?
