Fellow modelers:

My name is Tom (40 years old) and like many others I have been an on again off again modeler for years.

I am planning to build a 1/70 Saturn V Rocket along with the mobile launch tower. The rocket is not plastic but a flying one that is never the less the most wonderfully detailed Saturn I've ever seen. The launch tower is designed by a modeler in Great Britian who is making it from photo-etched brass. The amount of detail in this baby is amazing and it should be available by the end of the year. This has been my "fantasy project" ever since I was a kid watching the moon launches and I'm looking forward to taking on the challenge. Glad to have found you.

Well, Tom, this is a fantastic project you've got there, and I, for one, am looking forward to hearing about your progress. Welcome to FSM Forums.
