                        Hi fellas,

                        I'm Dave McGowan, and although I'm mainly an automotive modelbuilder who focuses on hot rods, show rods and drag cars, I've been known to build armor, sci-fi and even an occasional airplane or model RR piece.

                        I belong to the Ventura County Plastic Modelers, Gold Coast Auto Modelers, and help to put on the Gold Coast NNL Model Car Show and Swap each year. Other interests include lowbrow art and working rennaisance faires in Southern California where I portray a privateer/pirate.

                        That's me in a nuthouse...errr...shell.
