welcome to the forum and back to the hobby. I would suggest you repost this in the Armor forum, you'll get a ton more answers.

I am an old model builder from years ago but now I want to do some modeling that actually I can be proud of. After many years of doing other things I have decided to build my dream diorama. The German semi track /88 combo and put them in the desert of north Africa. There are a couple cricitical things that I need to know but haven't been able to iron out. If someone could help me or put me on the right track I would be grateful. 1 If I am not mistaken, was not the luftwaffe not in charge of the 88's in north Africa and if they were what were their uniformes and markings ? were they in grey or kaki ? shorts or pants ? helments or caps ? did they use the palm and swistica symbol to ? 2 what reference material would help me with this project ?
thanks James
