Hello all,
I'm Mike and am returning to model building after a long hiatus. I'm a retired navy vet, so needless to say that my primary interest lies in model shipbuilding. Since I last built models as a teenager, there have been alot of advancements in the model building world i.e. airbrushing, photoetching, etc.
So this stuff is all new to me, but looking forward to being a member of your forums. And getting any help that you guys are willing to give to an old sailor. Just hope you don't hold it against meLaugh [(-D]. Oh, and by the way I live in the great state of Maryland, which I hope isn't held against me neitherBig Smile [:D]. Take care all, and hope to learn much from you fine gents.

Sign - Welcome [#welcome] to the forums Mike. You just gotta love all those new toys. Tip number one when working with those tiny photo etched parts, if you think you dropped it check your elbows where they are most often firmly attached with super glue.Laugh [(-D] Have fun and build often!
