Been lurking and posting for a few days, thought I'd say hello. My hobbies tend to run in cycles or spurts - between target shooting, model airplanes (radio control pylon racing, not scale) and photography. I built (well, compared to what I've seen here - I threw together) models when I was younger, but nothing like what you guys do! I've seen some awesome photos and craftsmanship since I started looking.
I've got a couple of auto kits to put together one of these days - a 1966 VW beetle (old tamiya kit) that surfaced in my dad's basement hobby stuff, plus a 1956 Chevy Belair (my wife likes 56 chevys). Mostly here I read the airbrushing forum, I sort of have a collection of older ones that I fiddle with - 2 WOLD airbrushes, 2 older Thayer & Chandler, and a '50's vintage Paasche. I'm more of an accumulator than a modeler!
