Anyone have any good resources for Decals? I am looking for a set of decals for a 1/48 P-36 or P-40 that includes the red and white USAAC "tail feathers" used in the pre-war era. I have seen a few sets pop up on ebay. But I havent been able to pick them up. And I didnt catch who the manufacturer was. (My mistake)

Thanks

My silly other hobbies get in the way some times. This will be my fourth kit built this year. Thats pretty good. At one point I was lucky if I finished two a year.

Its not the number of models you finish that matters, its the number of models you buy for your "stash" that matters most......  Anyways, Welcome to the forum...

Thanks for the welcome.

I will definetly hang around for a while. This forum seems to be a great resource.

I just got my P-40 painted. Just a simple OD over light grey paintscheme.

Hi. Ive been lurking for a couple of months now and finally registered.

I am 22, and i have been building for aslong as I can remember.

I usually focus on 1/48 "warbirds" and WWII era aircraft. I will build 1/25 or 1/24 Pontiac Trans Am's every now and then too.

I generally build OOB. I have a Crescendo 175-T airbrush.

I have about 120 model airplanes hanging from my ceiling. It is so nice to find a group of people that do not think that is odd.

Recent builds include: Testors 1/72 Dauntless, Revell/Monogram P-51D (3rd one). I am currently building my seventh R/M P-40 B/C. And I have another on deck. I am a bit of a P-40 nut!

I guess thas enough for now. Thanks for having me here.
