just registered with this site, looks very interesting.
I have been modelling since I was a child, but these days I build models as commissions as well as for fun. I specialise in WW2 aircraft, in either 48th, 32nd or my favourite - 24th scale.
I have however, broken with tradition of late and built a glorious 1/48th Testers SR-71 for the Imperial War Museum in Duxford. You can imagine how big it is (the length of a 737!)
would love to hear from other large scale modellers.
