Re-introduction from a prodigal…

I was around a bit in the old forums, but not very active until just recently, so I thought a re-intro would be appropriate.

I've been modeling off and on since I was about seven. There was a hiatus of too many years when I was in high school and my first few years at college, where I met another styrene head who was my roomie—then I encountered the new Tamiya armor kits, and I was back in! (I still have a few unbuilt.)

For the last fifteen years or so, time for modeling was sparse, though I still kept my hand in. Now I've been RIFed, and have a lot more time—so now I get to start on that immense collection I've accumulated over the last twenty five years—approximately 255 kits…that I remember…

My modeling interests are primarily aircraft, mostly 1/48 (old eyes), but also armor, figures, and the occasional sailing ship.
