Thank you all, one of these days I will figure out how to post pics. Right now my 14 year old knows more about that stuff than I do. I have to confess a little, I have lurked around a bit but never introduced myself. Thought that was kind of rude so I thought I better get my can in gear and say "HI" all.

Old Ordie here checking in. Retired from the Navy and was an Aviation Ordnaceman on A-7's, F-14's and F-18's. Been building models for the past 30 years and do mainly 1/72 scale, focusing on USN and Luftwaffe aircraft but do others as well. Anyone have any questions on USN aircraft feel free to drop me a line, spend enough time skinning my knuckles I should be able to answer them for you.

Current build is the Hasegawa 1/72 scale TBF-1C but am back dating it to the first TBF production model with VT-8 pre-Midway markings.
