Hi Folks,
My name is Roy and I am a plastic modeller. From Ireland. I was a member (reader really) of this forum in it's past life, re-registered just now. Some of you will know me from ARC (roym- it was taken here apparently- hence the new name as gailge).
Mostly aircraft, mostly post-war, mostly naval, almost all 1/72. Also do quite a few modern warships, CVs and CVNs being favorites here. Been known to stick a few 1/24 cars and even the odd 1/76 Matchbox AFV... (don't tell the folks on ARC!)
Pet interests are any Irish aircraft, military or civil; any aircraft from CVW-8/USS Nimitz during the timeframe 1976-1987; Swedish SAABs; and special schemes!
