Hello from Pittsburgh!

Hey everybody.

I'm Evan Kenepp, 20 (almost 21) going to school in Pittsburgh. I'm from Ohio. I'm a photographer and a bagpiper, and I'm rekindling my interest in modeling. I've built since I was 8 or so, and took a break for a few years when I first moved out here. I used to build planes, I was obsessed with 1:48 WWII bombers, the bigger the better. Now I'm going to focus on 1:700 ships (I'm a submarine nerd). My first project will be this scene...

The Japanese 400 class aircraft carrier subs moored to the U.S. Sub tender Proteus before being sailed to Hawaii. A pretty intensive project, so ship modelers out there, look forward to hearing from me in the forums!

Cheers!

Evan
