...up to 7 feet? That's taller than me. Lucky for you to have space for such big a model. Wow.

Anyway, it's good to have you here.

Welcome William. Hope you enjoy the forum pages.
FreedomEagle, we found the same situation last year at Disney. Right now, the only 20,000 Leagues attraction at a Disney theme park is at DisneyJapan. Doggone it. The ride was closed the first year it opened when I went. My then -fiance, now-wife, and I went in 1984 and it was broken again. Went 5 years ago; you guessed it, broken. Last year-gone. I can't win. :(

Hi ya SCI-FI PROPMAKER ...

Welcome William, to the FSM Community Modeling Forum(s) ... the greatest site on the 'net for scale modelers of all shapes sizes and descriptions ... Approve [^]

The Disney 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea Nautilus is a very cool subject. When visiting Disney World in Florida with the family this past July ... it made me sad to learn that the classic Disney ride ... 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea is no longer there ... they don't quite know what to do with the site ... so it just sits there ... a void ... a sad void. Sad [:(]

Perhaps they will bring it back after all ... Smile [:)]

Again, welcome to the forum(s) ... have fun!!! Tongue [:P]

Hello,
My Name is William Babington, though by no means new to modeling,I'm new to this forum and FSM...so howdy!!!
My interests include pretty much all forms of modeling and I've been scratchbuilding since the age of 12. I love sci fi especially, but have built my fair share of military models and armourBig Smile [:D].
My primary passion is for the Nautilus from 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea,more specifically, the Disney Harper Goff film version,I've built or obtained 22 models or replicas of various sizes at this point, from a half inch all the way up to 7 feet.
Anyway I'm looking foward to meeting alot of new fellow modelers in this forum, should be alot of fun...Big Smile [:D]
