Hello All: My name's Bob,I've been into modeling for a number of years, but by no means would i consider myself a pro. I'm mainly into 1/48 scale aircraft. I build mainly out of the box, but have tried photoetch & resin on occasion. I do All my painting by hand [ I can hear the BOOOO'S ] but I build for myself and I like my results. I do want to say , Thanks FSM, you've been a great insperation to try new things. Looking forward to future Forum discussions.Smile [:)]

Welcome to FSM Bob.

You'll hear no boos from me, I use an airbrush, but I still, like you, only build for myself. Personnal choices, that's all. As long as you enjoy it, that's what counts.

Enjoy the forums !!!
Happy Modelling and God Bless Robert

Bob,

Welcome to the forums.

You wont hear any boooos from this crowd. We all understand that each modeler has his / her own way of building. If you have found a technique that works for you, keep it up!

Congrats on the hand painting proficiency! That's a tough skill to master. A fellow local club member does all of his WWII armour with brush and continues to astound the rest of us with his finished works.

Welcome to the forums. Enjoy!

Welcome to the forum, Bob. Airbrush is just a tool, Bob. Painting is in the hand-mind coordination.

And modeling is in the heart.

Welcome aboard, Bob. You keep building them the way you want them built! That's what the hobby is all about.
