One good tip I learned about spraying acrylics is to use Windshield Washer fluid (the blue stuff). It is cheap, thinner than water and the blue doesn't noticeably affect the colors except white and all it does is make it seem more white, Welcome aboard and keep building. We only get better kit by kit.

welcome to the forum, My kits are WWII aircraft mostly 1/48 scale but I have a few of those 72/nd's for variety! So you've bought yourself an airbrush eh? Get ready for some awesome results! My best advice is to take it slow, after the initial splatters and splutters, you will 'get a feel' for your airbrush, and then your work will really pay off. I have a old battle tested badger, and I have'nt looked back. The other forum sections will inform on mix/ratios and primer coats.
