Hello fellow modeling modelers of FineScale Modeler forums!

as you know, I have been around a year or two, and was a plague to the community (I still am actually...)

I recently got back into modeling after a loss in interest and a sudden peak once again. stupidly, in that hiatus, I sold my stash to Doom Grr (which is also another member here) to buy an r/c 3D plane... please feel welcome to stone me right here, because I sold the kits at 1/5 to 1/4 price *scalps self*

so in early december, after going over to his house for the usual teenager roughhousing (its only me that does the roughhousing though) I took one look at his corsair and said "I wanna make a model!!!!"

well, I'm still getting back into "modeling shape", but I am enjoying this hobby even more than I did before with a burning passion.

more about me:

I am 14 years old and I go to school with Doom Grr and another member here (he hasn't been on in such a long time that I forgot his ID).

after the incidents of my early membership here (the burger incident... sorry rjkplasticmod Wink [;)]) I am trying to be a little more cultured this time, and I hope to not get reprimanded ever again by the mods and staff of FSM (yes, I did get three warning e-mails Big Smile [:D])

like all of you, I enjoy making all kinds of models, but glossy things are not my style (unless they are a/c like learjets or something). I stay away from 1/72 as much as I can, and I mostly build 1/48 scale a/c and sometimes 1/35 scale armor. oh, and I absolutely despise reaise lines, because of horrific experiences with revellogram I had in my early stages of modeling. so, you can find me most of the time sanding the raised lines off, rescribing them, or demolishing them with my rusty but trusty hammer.

well, thats just me in a nutshell I guess...

feel free to post any questions, comments, concerns, or gripes Big Smile [:D]
