I have been reading Finescale and visiting the forum for a couple of years now and think it is about time I contributed. I have modeled since 1957 and like cars, planes, and tanks. I have also built some wooden boats and flew RC Scale for a few years. My wife and I are both pilots and built our own aircraft in our garage. I have collected most of the old kits I had as a kid in the 50's including the Double T from AMT, the Ford Trimotor, the PBM, and the Indy Racer. I have a pretty nice workroom with spray booth, tanked compressor, AB's, and most of the tools I need to enjoy the hobby. Maybe I can be of some help to some of the newer modelers. Or maybe they can help me! Cheers.
