hi everyone, im back in the modeling scene after many years away, back when i was doing the thing, there weren't forums for finding advice and help, glad we have these resources now.  Mostly i build military models, and once in a while sci-fi and a car or two.  getting my tools together and getting ready to work on a model i have had laying around for 12 years, Tamiya 1/32 scale F-15C, Worked on these when i was in the ari force, and always wanted to build one, lol.Now i am getting ready to hit it hard.

Hey, welcome back!

You'll find that a lot of us took time off from modeling and have come back to the hobby. For my part, I built models from grade school through high school, but then stopped while I was in college. I also got back into the hobby after about ten years away from it.

I build pretty slowly, and take breaks from the models when the rest of my life gets too busy, but I enjoy working on kits when I can. I graduate with my master's degree in May, and I'm looking foward to having more time to build after that!

Regards,

-Drew

Welcome aboard, and welcome back to the hobby! My 20's were my most unproductive model building years....just walked away from it, but man was I suprised when I came back! Been back over 20 years now and have no intentions of leaving again anytime soon.
