Thanks for the replies, I read through a few forums last night and the inspiration came back.

I happened to be working near Manchester today, so made time to visit the model shop on Deansgate. They have regular offers on and I picked up a 1/9 Honda RC 211V and a 1/48 Phantom FGR for £9.99 each. These will be my practise kits to get back into the swing of things.

Looking forward to contributing to the forums

I have been away for about 15 months due to marital problems, thankfully its all over now and can return to normality. My workshop and stash is still here, the ex isnt, but I have a new girlfriend that encouraged me to re-start. I have the house and my 2 sons to look after, but Im sure I can find plenty of time to spend on the builds.

If anyone else has gone through the same kind of thing, there is a life after divorce, in my case a better one.

Looking forward to participating in the forum again.
