I'm getting back into modeling, mostly aircraft, after a hiatus of 50+ years.  What a change in kit availability, quality and diversity than what I remember from the 50s.  I'll be scanning and joining many of the different forums as I rediscover the joy of model building and developing my skills.  Looking forward to talking with many of you about building, painting and finishing techniques.

If you think a propeller is not for keeping a pilot cool watch how much he sweats when it stops spinning.

50+ years? Wow!!!!! Yeah, i'd think alot had changed! No one models in black and white anymore- everything here is done in color! (And some even do it with surround sound here too)Smile,Wink, & Grin [swg]
