Welcome, Trowbridge ! I also model WW II aircraft (1/48).
There is a magazine from England called "Scale Aviation Modeller International," published by SAM Publications. They cover a lot of kits, and seem to favor 1/72.
Good luck & have fun !

Welcome to the club, Trow.

I am not into WWII planes but I know that FSM came out with a special issue about WWII aircraft dios some months back. Am not sure if that's what you're looking for.

Keep in touch.

Welcome to FSM Trowbridge. It's good to hear that you've already found out what a great place this is.

If you post your question in the Aircraft Forum, I'm sure someone will have an answer for you. I do know that FSM has had a few specials releases on this subject.

Enjoy the forums !!!

Happy Modelling and God Bless Robert

Welcome to the forums, Trowbridge!

Nice to have a new modeler join the ranks. Hope you are with us for a long time to come.

As for the magazine, I'll bet that someone in the Aircraft forums would be a big help. Those Fly-Boys are a pretty decent bunch Wink [;)]

Maybe one day, you can visit us Tread-Heads in the Armor forum Approve [^]

Hello. First of all, what a wonderful forum! There are folks here who really know what they're talking about! What an asset! I'm brand new to this hobby and thus far this site has helped tremendously! I'm really into WWII warbirds. My father made models years ago and I always wanted to give it a go but never really made the time to do it. Now I've made time and it is so rewarding and relaxing. I'm enjoying all the expertise and useful information contained here.

Does anybody know of a all aircraft modelling mag? Let me know.

Over and out.
