I suppose this is to introduce myself. I currently work for NASA on the space shuttle at KSC. I have been an avid modeler since about 8 or 9 years old with some time in and out of the hobby over the ensuing 40+ years. In my teens I switched primarily to model rocketry but still built occasional plastic models, some that even flew on rocket engines. Over the last 2 years I have gotten back into plastic seriously as well as doing some more model rocketry. I think approaching the big 50 made me sentimental about the things I built years ago. So while my primary interest is WW2 aircraft and spacecraft, I am also building some of the Polar Lights reissues of the Universal monsters I built as a kid. Enjoying it, joined the local club, and it is nicer when you have the finances to spend on better supplies etc., then you did as a kid. Hope to participate a bit in the forums with the little time I can spend on it.
