growing up, I must have built at least 100 scale models from kits. I still have the first two my father and I built; rather large ww1 biplanes that screwed together. As I got older, the hobby took a back seat to work, cars, a certain girl that eventually became my wife. My son and I have been working on warhammer 40000 figures. I like to assemble and paint them: he likes to play the game. I recently started a diorama of the USCG Tamaroa, as she appeared in 1991 during the storm. This will be a gift to a relative, who was aboard during that event. ( I posted about this in the diorama section, if interested.) Any suggestions would be appreciated. I look forward to future forums and contacts. Thanks, The Dave
