Hello all. New modeler here.
Posted by Rich.Carpenter on Monday, August 13, 2007 8:41 AM

Hello. I am a computer systems analyst from central Indiana. I have a wife and four kids, and I'll be turning 40 in less than a month (shudder).

I have recently taken an interest in aviation, and, having done some scale modeling as a kid (though never anything very thorough), I felt that aircraft kits would be a great outlet for me. Additionally, I have always had a stong fascination with the intricately detailed military kits and diaramas built by so many of the talented modelers showcased at my local hobby shop and in publications like FSM.

I hope to learn a lot here, and just maybe provide some useful information from my own experiences as I go. I look forward to getting to know everyone here.

Rich
