My name is Terence. I am 42 years old, and I live in Singapore, and I have been in scale modelling since I was 6. My first kit was an Airfix 1/72 Halifax bomber, which I recall having great fun with, landing it on the aircraft carrier deck/ironing board. My most vivid recollection of that kit is that I dumped half a tube of cement into the rear gun turret recess. Needless to say, the turret did not work...
I have built all kinds of kits, mostly aircraft when I was younger, then armour kits. My first 1/35 scale kit was the Tamiya Stug III, with the four fallschirmjagers, which I got as a birthday present way back in 1975. I still have this kit (not the four guys though), I rebuilt it and maybe I will post it here for everyone to look at.
I have the bad habit of buying kits more than building them, but I understand that seems to be prevalent amongst a lot of us plastic modellers, hence me joining this forum. I don't need help, just reassurance that I am not the only one!
Looking forward to a great time here...!
