newbie dropping in. :)

i'm from the philippines and i've been building models for almost 15 years.... or to be precise, sporadically bashing together kits for almost 15 years. (most of the stuff i built resemble mineral deposits with all the crusty cement i flung at them. Evil [}:)]) it wasn't until this year that i've taken efforts to properly paint, build and accurize my models. i'm not 'good' by any stretch of the imagination, but i'm pleased to say the styrene massacre has ended. :)

i'm mostly into WWI aviation and sci-fi models. if the moon is full and the wind is blowing the right direction, i'll even take a swing at some WWII planes and (gasp) armour.

i've been lurking for a few weeks and i must admit, this is an awesome community. (i read the thread about political correctness and adding swastikas on models, and was blown away by the level-headedness and tact of those in the discussion)

:)
