Greetings from Durban South Africa
Posted by Anonymous on Wednesday, October 22, 2003 3:41 PM
Hi to all,
I have just joined and after paging through the site I have found many modelers sharing the same intrest as myself and that is war ships [1: 350 scale if available] for those builders close to harbours where these ships lay at anchor or museums must be like heaven with all the information on your doorstep.
I have been building models for 14 yrs. now, for a few years member of IPMS and subscriber to " Finescale Modeler" and have seen so many items advertised in the magazine I could realy make use of but by the time it lands here the bank manager is not such a happy fellow any more. This site is full of information and with the help from members i am sure it will make my task easier in the future as far as details is concernd.
Keep up the good work and modling.
Pieter.
