Hey if you don't mind to tell us what watch or jewelery tools are useful for what modeling tasks. If you have the time of course. We have a forum for tool topics and we just love to hear about a new and useful modeling tool.

My watchmaking tools come in handy when working on these models. The biggest advantage that I have is I work with small parts all day, so working on the intricate details of a model is something that I am familiar with. It is a nice change from working on a watch.

Welcome Mark, Great to have a new member. Do any of the tools you use professionally serve you in your model building?

Greetings everyone. My name is Mark Sirianni and I have been an R/C modeler since I was in High School, I am 44 yrs old. I have been modeling plastics for the past 6-8 years. I am really getting into this hobby more and more and my big R/C models are taking a second place to this great new hobby. I am a watchmaker/jeweler for the past 25 years. My interests in modeling are mostly WW2 fighters. I am looking forward to chatting with you all and picking up some valuable tips to help in my new hobby. Thanks, Mark
