Hi everyone, I love building military aircraft, the more complex the better. My only problem is I'm having trouble locating the correct paints (colors). Can anyone out there help, I prefer acrylics?
Thanks for any help,
ohdanny (the new guy)

First off,

Welcome to the forums, ohdanny!

Now, are you looking for a specific brand name? I would look into Tamiya for Acrylic type. Here is a good link of an online shop where you can view the Acrylic colors online:

http://www.hobbylinc.com/prods/rhg.htm

I would also post something in the Aircraft forum, if you are looking for something in particular.

Welcome to FSM ohdanny. Hope you find answers here soon. I am not particularly sure if you are looking for a specific store near your area or on-line stores. If you are based in the US then I am sorry I can't help you out but a lot of guys can. Erock has already mentioned one link.

Good luck.

Welcome to the forum, ohdanny. I believe that IPMS Stockholm's website has a cross-reference chart for paints. Good luck & have fun !

it is not tha difficult. Unless the instructions have vague colors like gray, blue, green etc.
then got search for refs, although instruction like that imply a really crap kit (but not always, sometimes 10% it is a result of poor English, (worse than mine..?!) like the early Academy and now Kangam kits.
FS, RLM or otherwise coding should be obligatory or else let the Mossberg sing....lol
