Kits for Kids

According to Richard Edens of the Four-State Modelers Club in Joplin, Mo., in the aftermath of last week’s catastrophic tornado many young folks are stuck with little to do in the housing shelters that have been set up for people whose homes were destroyed. The Four-State club has been holding “make and take” events where youngsters can build a model with a little supervision and advice from modelers.
