Information coming out of the IPMS Head Shed indicates that no organization has prepared a bid package to be presented at the 2017 show. 2018 is in Phoenix and 2019 is in Chattanooga.
While the board opened the advance time to 3 years last year, three years in advance is a tough haul. There are problems in keeping the volunteers focused as well as many venues don't want to schedule that far in advance.
