"Bender's metallurgical composition is occasionally mentioned, and he has inconsistently claimed in various instances to be some combination of 30% iron, 40% titanium, 40% lead, 40% zinc, 40% dolomite, 40% chromium, 40-50% osmium, 0.04% nickel, and 60% storage space. His titanium composition is confirmed in A Head in the Polls, in which he sells his body during a titanium shortage. His dolomite composition is supported in Jurassic Bark when he survives a swim through a pool of magma, which the Professor suggested was only possible for objects made of this mineral. In A Pharaoh to Remember, Professor Farnsworth revealed that Bender has a .04% Nickel impurity. In Attack of the Killer App, Third World workers stripping Bender for scrap claim that he is 40% chromium. He is described as made from an osmium alloy, which would then be somewhere in between 40 and 50%."

How's this?

Wasn't Bender made up of titanium?

The first time I heard the term "Nut Rocker" was on the "Pictures at an Exhibition" Album by Emerson Lake and Palmer. It was the rock n roll arrangement of Tchaikovsky's Nut Cracker.

Oh, thought I asked.

In Futurama bender claims to be made of many things, together they are more then 100%

If added up together what percentage would bender be? (as in, if all the metals, iron, chromium, dolemite, etc)

Ah-yup.

Even more crazy is HobbySearch's translation: http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10127260

This is from Hasegawa themselves: "Based on their discussions with Kow Yokoyama, they have decided that the official English name will be "Nutcracker," while the official Japanese name will remain the actually correct "Nutrocker." I've changed our product listing on the HLJ English site to reflect that."

nutrocker/cracker whichever you perfer is a unit from the Ma.k universe

The name was translated wrong to nutrocker instead of nutcracker.  It cracked the enemy suits open like nuts (unless im mistaken)

If it helps I only have part of the answer, had to look it up. Had the General Purpose Non-something, something Manuvering Weapon System, had to look up the something-something.

IIRC Gundam Seed Destiny had a different one.

crap now I need to come up with a question, yes?

Oh crap.  After reveiwing the video from the series I realized there is more than one meaning for the acronym.  Since I didn't specify in the question which one I was looking for, and I know where you got that answer, I will give it to you Kylwell.  Congratulations.

Thats wrong, gundam seed decided to make it a acronym for something... again dont get me started on seed.

And in the Universal Century Gundanium was named that by the Earth Federation after the success of the first gundam, before then it was called Lunar Titanium

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Gundam stands for the same thing in all series.

It comes from Gundanium alloy, a nearly indestructible alloy found only within asteroids near the Colonies.

Then you clearly don't like sci-fi fps games.  The world seems to disagree with you so this argument is really inconsequential.  I say we put it all behind us and agree to disagree.  Now, on to the main event:

In the Gundam Seed universe, what does Gundam stand for?

Sorry if its been asked before, I am not going through 27 pages of responses to check.

Halo did not revolutionize anything, it was nice but when it came out it was still the same old crap as every other scifi fps

Oh I also forgot to mention that fact that if you play it on PC Microsoft FORCES you to upgrade your OS to play the game.  Cant play any past halo 1 on XP
