Found out about this this morning. Sadden by the news. He and Wild Bill were close throughout the war. Also found out Earl McGlung passed away last month as well.

I love the movie series Band of Brothers and have watched it 4 times so far.

I found out this morning that Frank Perconte passed away one month (24 Oct `13) prior to McClung.

There are currently 20 remaining members of Easy Co.....Paul Rogers, the oldest at 95yrs.

WWII vets in general are dwindling quickly,even the youngest are now in their mid-eighties now.

RIP to another from our greatest generation in my opinion.

Life is not about getting out of the storm, but learning to dance in the rain.

Don't tip to through life only to end up at deaths door.

May He and all the guys that have gone before Rest in Peace .I as a Baby ,born on the high seas at that time am extremely thankful for him and the rest that gave their all. They allowed me to live in the greatest land of all . Thanks Guys !
