Dont want to open a can of worms, but I was wondering, If the two mags, are "sisters",  how come you can show swatstikas, rebel flags like on the GENERAL LEE on these forums, but not on SA? Not really important, was just wondering

maybe because they are shown within the historical context of the build. a swatstika on a dragster probably isn't accurate and a rebel flag on a 67 shelby mustang isn't. just a thought

what i meant is if you post a picture of the General Lee you cant show the rebel, or if you post a picture of a tank in other builds you cant show a swatzstika like I said not really important just a little confusing, and Im confused enough (according to some people) I understand why not a swatzstika on a drag car. I think that why I like it here better than on S.A.

I suppose it depends on the context that the insignia are displayed in. Here it is in a historical usage as the folks here are often trying to make accurate scale models of real items. I dont visit S.A., and I know that  the General Lee car from the TV show was not representing ideology, but rather a regional identity thing, which some folks (not me) do get offended over. And perhaps the folks over there, even though a sister publication of FSM, are more sensitive to that due to the demographics there.
