I got ya beat.  I got the same exact set at Walmart 4 months ago.....out of the $5 bin.  Also $5 out of the same bin was "War in the Pacific. Cool

The $5 Wallyworld bin also (if I remember correctly) had a picture for a Vietnam set on the side of it....alas I could find no copies of that one despite a long time digging through it.

The first season that Victory at Sea was on I can remember having fits if we weren't home by 6:30 on Sunday nights so I wouldn't miss it!
