Hey I'm a mailman.

Now that's something I'll never hear from my "letter carrier" - SHE hates it when I call her a mail man.Crying  She even threatened to make it so I had to get my mail at the local office.....until I told her my brother in law was a Postal Inspector! Devil

I used to subscribe to the Squadron mailer, did so for many years. Unfortunately that's not an option now, just don't have the money to spare. Same goes for many other subscriptions I used to take out.

Oh, and both of my parents were postal workers. My father started as a letter carrier and ended up in maintenance, my mother retired after many, many years as a letter sorter.

I got one too.  I think they sent this first one out gratis in an effort to get people to subscribe.  Honestly, while yes there is a noticeable change in the look of the catalog, and there is indeed a build article (on the Blue Max Pfalz) it is nothing that would make me drop $10 on for a years worth.  Heck, the article was nothing I don't already get in my FSM every month....no, actually I take that back.  The FSM ones are better done.  The build-in-progress pictures in the Squadron article were sub par compared to FSM.

I agree.  The flyer looks a bit nicer, and they seem to have corrected the aspect ratios on their photos,

but I see no reason to pay them $15 a year for this rag.  I get lots of higher quality catalogs every month  from many other companies, that I never even asked for.

Gimme a pigfoot, and a bottle of beer...
