I guess congratulations are in order here .Good for You !

   Now to the other things .Let your wife roll her eyes at a spontaneous gift you know she wants but hasn't asked for !

 Then buy the models and a good camera to record her reactions when you give her that previous gift I mentioned .Then on with life  .Don't know how long you are married .

What worked for me was after thirty seven years the first time ,  and still did for the second wife was " Yes ,  Dear " and doing her request with alacrity ! Keep peace first ! Good luck !

The 6 kits prevailed   but at very much modified price. I did quite a bit of shopping around and found pretty good deals. As for the camera, well, Christmas...

So whatcha decide on? LOL!

I agree with everyone here, but my main point here is. Make sure you roll your eyes at the wife when ever the occasions arise LOL

Congratulations on your accomplishment! I say, the camera, the models AND the Shelby GT500 Mustang. Just tell yourself,"I really, REALLY need to treat myself".

It's up to you but I would  go for the models

Congratulations on graduating! That deserves a real treat. I second what plasticjunkie said. Splurge and get the new camera and the kits.

I too will be graduating soon,(aviation maintence technolgy program at community college), I plan on buying one of everything LOL. Congrates on your sucess. heres the deal, take some pix with your old camera of your wife rolling her eyes then take some beauty shots of her while showing the new one to her, explain to her how you need new models to really do justice to the camera just as it has done for her,bodda bing ya get a new camera and new models. congrats again on your succuss and all kidding aside do what makes ya happy and keeps peace within your home.

Yeah for sure Congrats on being a Grad!  I am similar in the fact that I like photography as well.  I have a Canon 60D but surprisingly I continue to use my Fuji point-and-shoot for all models pics because of its Macro capabilities.  I have enjoyed that camera so much.  So for me I'd lean to the camera side.  Plus due to the new features and advances in the new cameras you can get a killer one for not too much.....  So maybe a Camera AND a model! :)

Let me be the first to say congrats on your graduation! You've worked hard to get where you want to be. I'd say go with whatever your hearts desires. Even if the missus rolls her eyes. LMAO!!!
