48 Hours and no Action in the Ready Room

It's been pretty quiet on here lately... I cant say why. Just folks aren't posting as much overall...

Seems like everyone is in "General Modeling Discussions" the last little bit.  It's been quiet here since the Count to 2000 has finished.

That and nearly every question ends up in the "Forum Help" section...

There seems to be no humor on the forum these days, and I find that disappointing.  My few recent attempts at posting something humorous have been ignored, so I quit.  That's what we need to liven this thing up a bit.

So two modelers walk into a bar...

...and the bartender says to them...

".....you fellas can't bring your dogs in here!"

"But they're our seeing-eye dogs!" one says, winking to his friend.

"Oh, I see, that is a fine black lab you have there....you're OK, but your buddy....I mean really, a Yorkie?"

"They gave me a WHAT!!!??"

Took me a moment to get that... Lol!

Nope, pretty quiet there too, with only one message in last 24 hours.  Maybe everyone is out dancing around the Maypole, hoping that spring is really arriving.

I think this year the Chicago area spring may transition directly into winter..............taking a long time for normal seasonal temps to appear............

Everyone is too busy posting questions about airbrushing Future in the Painting and airbrushing forum...

The count to 2000 isn't dead yet . It has been renamed count to infinity...But, , it has been sinking deeper and deeper into the infinity...

So if you don't know what to say/do/post...find the count to infinity tread and add a number

Well went over to "count to infinity" and didn't feel right just typing in the next number without some cool picture to attach so (yawn)I'm back. Maybe I should take my advice from the grumpy old mens thread and go work on something.   Who wants to "bet" I just killed this thread too?............. anyone can prove me wrong........please........

Did a lot of yard work yesterday,so that kept me busy,it was a great day to be outside

I've been busy with the last weeks of my Spring semester and most recently doing all the paperwork I have to for a tenative job offer I got to work a Fleet Readiness Center East at MCAS Cherry Point NC

Yep, outdoor yard work and fast-pitch softball are slowly taking over.

Yard work and my son's little league just started up. Let's not forget the missus' dreaded "honey to-do list."

I don't get why we men call it the "honey-to-do" list.  Realistically it is more like "Honey-DO-IT-NOW....or else" list.

I echo the sentiments...now that the nice weather is here...it's hard to get to the bench.  And like everyone else, we've had a longer winter...

Yup - that's about right Brian. Thing that irritates me the most, it's the same thing every year. I keep telling her I know the yard needs raking, the windows & screens need cleaning, the garage cleaned out, the bushes trimmed. Those are givens. LOL!!
