LtGen. Hal Moore passes
Posted by goldhammer on Sunday, February 12, 2017 4:13 PM

Just saw an article that LtGen. Hal Moore passed away at 94.  Two days shy of his 95th birthday, he passed on his late wife's birthday after having a stroke a week ago.

He was portrayed by Mel Gibson in "We Were Soldiers".

May he rest in peace, he well earned it.

Sad to hear.  I read the book and saw the film--both very good.
