It all depends. Some probably od the same thing you do while others just stop for a while then go back to building. Then again, some might switch over to a different subject, like aircraft to ships, or figures to cars or Science Fiction. It just depends of the individual.
Personally, do a little of both, stop for a while and then switch to another area of interest.
