Tanker-Builder needs love (funny)
Posted by humper491 on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 10:39 PM

 We all know I'm deep friends with TB and post everything on health issues and what-nots. When he had the surgery earlier this year, all of ya's replied and sent wishes like we do.

 He's concerned(my words) that folks look at his posts but don't reply. Let's show Tb how he's respected in our community and get his spirits back up 10-4!!Heart

Hello Humper!

I know that feeling, nothing but the blues! I reply to T.B.s threads from time to time, but sometimes he's annoying me by posting a thread that is almost literally "worthless without pictures". So maybe you could help him learn to post those dang pictures at last - I bet that would generate more replies.

Good luck and have a nice day

Paweł

      TB has gotten more folks interested in different aspects of this hobby then I have kits in my Stash. Bet if we could get him to post pics we'd learn-a-thing-or-2. But even with no pics his ideas keep me thinking - and that's the whole point. I seem to remember a time when TB had a Speeedboat or Runnabout as his Avatar. That's a start.

TankerBuilder you are highly read and remembered for your interest and enthusiasm in all the  posts. You let us know we never post in vain.

TB, I'm in tha same boat so to speak, we both have great ideas and builds yet in this medium words are empty, so sir I drop the gauntlet and challenge you and I to learn how to post pictures BEFORE 2018! You up to the challenge? Come on old timer I wanna see your converted cruisers and tankers. BTW while sometimes your posts are abit tough to follow, I go back and re-read them until I get the jist of your post. IMHO like me your are welcome and valued here, hang in there buddy.

Well;

 Thanks . I really try to share . I don't have much to show because of so many moves in the years before I found You guys and Ladies . Maybe after my December tutorial I can create an album and share with you when , especially , I am talking about a W.I.P.--T.B.

T.B.

You will figure it out and be posting in no time.

I have seen you'r work on some website.... just can't remember where.

I specifically remember a truck you did. It was a 1916? lowbed with front wheel drive. It had that " well used look".

So for the others on this forum I can "TESTIFY" that T.B. is a legitemate modler of the highest standard! ( It took me years to be able to do what he can in his sleep.)
