Recommend me a Russian WW2 movie with English subtitles

What is Starfniki? Google gives me nuttin'.

Russia made a whole bunch of propaganda films right after the war when they had the men and equipment still around. Some of those are pretty good, real T-34s etc.

I've never really thought about it, but certainly they must be out there in the Youtube universe.

Its possible that the OP meant "shtrafniki".  A couple things come up on Google about what looks like Soviet Penal Battlaions, when I search on that.
