I put this question in the paint section yesterday either no one knows answer or no one cares  to answer.

Long story short, sometimes the forums are active, and you’ll get a rapid answer to any questions posted. And sometimes they are slow, and the answers are slow as well. And yes, at times, folks on here may not have the answer to a posted question, or they might, but for whatever reason, they choose not to answer.

In the pre internet days, and especially if one was not a member of any hobby club or other organization, we usually had to figure those things out on our own by trial and error.

GMorrison

Armor 2.0,

Even in the context of "Ready Room", this is a hobby forum, not a therapy session.

It's ok to post about live's challenges, and it seems like in the last month or so for you it's been divorce, bankruptcy, homelessness, unemployment, a difficult relative, and difficult models.

That's all understandable, and you have recieved a lot of props from folks.

But it's not a good thing to challenge people's responses to your comments. That leads to arguments and flame wars.

Deleting ones own posts is also a sign of a need to control the "send" button a little.

y. Morrison  the last time I check you was not a moderator of this forum so what people post and how they post it you have no say so over and your opinion as to why they posted is irrelevant. Things happen were  dealing with computer and internet the do weird things that you can' control.

Modeling is an excuse to buy books.

Well, dear armor, now "they" don't see the original question neither.

And don't hold it againt the people, who have their so called "lives" that at any given moment they don't help you for free. It's normal. It's a gift of fortune, when someone does take his/her valuable time and helps you for free.

I hope you can sort your problems out - good luck and have a nice day

Paweł

All comments and critique welcomed. Thanks for your honest opinions!
