To my fellow forum members,

Before I start, thank you very much Tim Pressnell, I cried when I saw what you sent me. By the way, Who are you?

Last week, a box arrived to my apartment. Mrs. Toshi and I were very curious. We haven’t purchased anything so it was odd to see a box. When I opened the box, I felt like a little kid on Christmas Day! There were two kits in the box.

A Testors 1/72 F4U-1 Corsair, I can‘t wait to build the Corsair. Of course it’s my number one ichi ban aircraft! lol!

I‘ve never in my life built a Sabre in my life so this will be a first for me. Heller 1/72 N.A F86F Sabre. A couple of issues ago on FSM Magazine, one of the feature builds were all these different Sabre’s. I will be using that issue as reference.

Once again, thank you Tim Pressnell. I am ecstatic about these kits.

Look a little closer in this kit box. I sent one for your Grandson too.

( I figured you could both work on them at the same time.)

I couldnt get two Corsair boxe's in the package, so I put both kit's in the same box.

Dont worry about the thumbprint, paint it Rust , and call it "Battle Damage"

What a really nice gesture. I'm involved in all sorts of hobbies and modelers are some of the most generous and helpful I have seen. Let's see those Corsairs built - lots of pics!

So, littletimmy, you are none other then Mr. Tim Pressnell! What a great FSM Forum Member you are!!! My friend, you don’t know how much you made my day but how you brought a smile on Mrs. Toshi’s face as well. What is really funny is Mrs. Toshi wanted to know the identity of this secret Santa Clause. And waited patiently with me on who this was.

littletimmy, not only did you think of me but you thought of my very precious grandson and I am forever grateful for that. You have a heart of gold!

And yes, once I complete the Revell B-25 Mitchell, the next WIP build will be between Papa (Toshi) and littleezra the “The Great Corsair Build”. You made my day, rejuvenated Mrs. Toshi’s soul, and now littleezra is excited and proclaims that this Corsair is “Mine”! lol!

This blew me away, it’s been such a trying year for Mrs. Toshi and I so when we both opened the box, we were flabbergasted! After I finish the Revell B-25 Mitchell, the next WIP will be the “Great Corsair Build” between Papa and littleezra! lol! And yes, there will be a lot of picks.

Armornut, I feel that all FSM Forum Members are one big family. Yes, I’ve got a great brother in of littletimmy! I will definately enjoy the two Corsair build kits with my grandson Ezra. A WIP will be made soon. As you mentioned “New blood in the Hobby”.

Hello Greg, Ezra and I are already making plans in how the Corsair will look! lol! He keeps saying “Mine, mine, mine”. For over a month now Mrs. Toshi‘s conditions consist of fatigue, bad balance, sleepiness, and pain all over her back! These kits will excite and rejuvenate Mrs. Toshi as well! Things are slowly moving forward. Thank you sir for the support!
