What's up with the Kalmbach Shop?

I tried to order the 25 Year DVD and a bunch of other items at the Black Friday prices on Saturday. The Kalmbach shop software would not complete the order and gave me an error message and told me to try later. When you click on the Customer Service link, it tells you to contact them in a week!?!?!?! Tried to send them a PM on Facebook. No answer. So now everything is back to regular price on Sunday. Not the best showing and cost FSM a good size sale.
