Rutger Hauer's passing was announced yesterday. He passed on July 19, at age 75:

Most folks will probably say they remember him best from "Blade Runner", or "Nighthawks" (his first Hollywood role), but I'll remember him also for the role in which I first saw him-as Albert Speer in the TV miniseries, "Inside the Third Reich". I had never heard of him before. I also enjoyed him in "Soldier of Orange" and "Fatherland".
Big fan of him in 'Blade Runner' and 'Ladyhawke' which I have both on DVD/Blu-Ray.
