Me too, logged on but unable to post getting the blue lettered error message. I called FSM yesterday and they were aware of the problem. Let's see what happens next, not if but when. This is getting to be frustratinng.
Too many models to build, not enough time in a lifetime!!
Yeah, I got it, too, when trying to access some threads, but not others. There was no discernible pattern.
I tried to post in the error reporting forum, and got the error when I tried to save my post.
Then I thought, "I'll send a PM to Elizabeth", wrote it all out, clicked to send-and got the error.
Eventually I pinged FSM via their Facebook page, to let them know.

I called them a few times, working through that phone system. I had to find a way to contact the magazine because there was no way I could find to call someone about the forums problems. Eventually after at least three tries I finally talked to somebody and they checked. Evidentally they were working on the problem and to try the forums the next day. I tried this morning, about three hours ago and finally just now.
All this after I had trouble logging on and went through much of the same phone problems for two days.

HooYah Deep Sea I could view everything, I just couldn't log in. Had to subscribe to get a notification to the powers that be.
Yes, there are two different symptoms right now. Whether they share a root cause isn't clear.
One is the issue with the forum login. You get the login dialog, submit your username and password, but don't get logged in. For most people who have posted that they saw this, clearing the browser cache appears to be a workaround. It was for me, for example. I don't think this one has been resolved yet.
The other issue is that many users got the error, "Sorry, there was a problem with your request", when trying to do things in the forum. I got it, for example, having logged in successfully, and then I started browsing the forum and clicking on threads to read posts. Some people report having gotten the error just accessing the forum. That one seems to have been corrected. At least today, it doesn't seem to be happening.
It's like having a headache and a stomach ache at the same time. Could one sickness cause both? Sure. But could they have separate causes? That's also possible.
A FSM-19 problem.
If anyone ever wondered why there is a 01 after my name is't because long ago, somewhere around the turn of the century, there was a log in problem. Their solution was to have me create a whole new account and forget abouit the original one.
I did, and I haven't forgotten.
Same problem for me, I was not able to log in on my phone or tablet both android, but I was able to login on my ipod. Was not sure what was going on.

stikpusher Mopar Madness Crazy. No issues on my end. You were able to get on and post yesterday?
If you cannot log in successfully on a particular device and browser, try clearing that browser's cache on that machine. That is the workaround-not the solution, but the workaround-for the issue with the login process.

Ye, it looked that way to me as well, but when i tried to post there was an error message and after 12 hours of no new inout it was clear somthing was up.
On top of that, has anybody had a problem with exiting topics? When I do I find that my screen drops down to the bottom section of the forums.

Me too! I finished a kit!
I couldn't get on for days.
I guess I missed it all. My computer gave up the ghost a few days ago. I just got the new one yesterday afternoon and started transferring the files today. Just now got finescale up OK. Everything on this one is different and I'm having all kinds of trouble figuring it out. Might be down for a little while till I get my brain in sync with this thing.

I keep hitting "escape", but I'm still here.
I first started working with computers in 1979. The IBM PC was released in 1981. Computers, like dogs, sense fear. Always show them that you are the boss and that you are in charge. I am not kidding!
Your comments and questions are always welcome.
Don, never touched that. I don't even know where it is.
When we first started using computers in the A.f., I was at the time in flight operations. One of my jobs was to keep track of all our pilot's flying and training accomplishments. If they didn't make tham all, their pay cut would show that, besides the nasty grams from the squadron and base commanders and our command (NORAD). One day I noticed a new training number showing up on everyone's records. Not just one time but several times for each pilot. I pointed it out as soon as I saw it and informed the Capt. the computer was making up its own records. Response....impossible. I demostrated with one set or records and them I had the fun job of contacting all squadrons on the base, every base in the state as well as every base in any state that touched ours. Nobody used that particular number, not even us, officially.
It took some time but the problem was traced back to our base main computer, a minor little thing sitting in underground room. This thing was busy doing its bset to make our lives harder while it went insane. I think the solution was to destroy it and put in a new unit.
Lots of fun.
